Return Policy
We offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:
A) YOU WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM THAT FALLS WITHIN THE RIGHT OF RETURN
B) RECEIVING DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
Our company strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If you received a damaged or wrong product, please contact us by email: liningecommerce@outlook.com. We will provide replacement of the received products.
C) ITEMS NOT RECEIVED
If you have not received the items within 30 days from the date of purchase, we will consider this order as lost. We will gladly offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the status or scenario of this order.
Below are some items that are not eligible for refund or return:
- Digital products
- Underwear
- Cosmetics, toiletries and cleaning products
- Bedding
- Foods
- Flowers and plants
- Custom orders
- Disposable products
Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return your item, we recommend that you send an email with the reason for return to liningecommerce@outlook.com. We will be happy to help you resolve the issue and provide you with instructions.
The customer has the right to return the items within 14 days after receipt, provided that:
- The article shows no signs of use.
- The received shipment(s) is/are complete.
- The reason for return falls under the return policy stated on this page.
The following rules apply to all items eligible for return:
We do not offer a free return service and do not have a warehouse or return address in Europe; we operate from a warehouse in Asia. As a company we value an environmentally friendly process, that is why we have chosen a central warehouse near our factory.
Since we only have one warehouse, we can only process returns via this warehouse. A return to a different address may result in the destruction of your package and is not sufficient for a refund of your order. Please note that returns to Asia are very expensive; it will cost you at least €25. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The refund will be made after receipt and approval of the return.
Delayed Delivery of the Order
While we do our best to ensure that you receive your order no later than 15 days after purchase, we cannot guarantee this due to unforeseen circumstances that may affect shipping and inventory. We are unable to offer refunds for items not delivered by a specific date, special occasion or holiday.
Cancellation of an Order
Once you have placed an order, it can only be cancelled within 24 hours. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you wish to return a product purchased with the BUY 1 FREE offer, the entire order must be returned.
